Whatever your event or celebration, I am here to make your special day a truly memorable one.

Mario is more than happy to create custom menu and organize all the staff you need to make your event unforgettable.

Step One

Choose your menu, then send it to me and i will contact you to confirm your choice.

Step Two

When your menu is approved, I will proceed with the booking by asking you to pay a 30% deposit of your total invoice. (deposit is refundable with a week before the event )

Step Three

I shall also need confirm the kitchen equipment you have available for my disposal, to establish whether I will need to bring additional equipment along on the day.
